With our team’s background in law enforcement, we have lived, and therefore understand, the complexities and dangers of modern policing. That’s why we believe so strongly in our product’s role in specific scenarios, which are those incidents that have the potential to escalate to the use of lethal force, due to the absence of an intermediate force option on scene.
Designed for efficiency and effectiveness, The Alternative® is carried on a duty belt and is immediately available to convert a service weapon into a less-lethal option within seconds. And just as quickly, after deployment, it returns the firearm to its lethal function for seamless protective cover. This type of availability of an effective option can reduce officer stress simply by knowing that there’s a step before lethal force, and stress reduction can improve decision making and yield positive outcomes in critical situations.
